We just purchased a 2014 Cadillac Escalade from Mid-Towne Auto Center, and my wife and I could not be happier. From the first phone call, to the last handshake, all of the great people at Mid-Towne were the ultimate professionals, while at the same time they made us feel like family. I have never received better customer service, and the overall buying experience was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Mid -Towne Auto Center for all of your auto purchases. I have been searching for a particular diesel truck for over two months. In my search, I came across Mid-Towne Auto. From the very beginning their transparency was apparent. 75 photos including door jams and undercarriage. These are photos I had to beg for in conversations with other dealers. My conversations with Tim and Jason prior to flying from Colorado were welcoming and informative. They arranged transportation from my hotel by the airport, in the vehicle I was buying to facilitate an extended test drive. The truck was amazing just as described and the whole process was amazing. No pressure. Thank you MTAC for your help in this process and for your service to this great country.
